Rishi Israni is an Indian software engineer, entrepreneur, and technology innovator, best known as the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Zimplistic Pte Ltd, the Singapore-based company that created Rotimatic, the world’s first fully automatic roti-making machine. He is credited with developing the machine’s “brain” — its embedded intelligence and adaptive software — that enables it to sense, adjust, and optimize the roti-making process autonomously.
